Kyu’s hands were being held behind. Hyuk took the fruits on the cake and put on the towel. Siwon and Donghae poured water at the middle of the cake. Siwon even used the candles to mess up the cream. Hae took a strawberry and ate it. Everyone was discussing how should they use the cake (to cake kyu). Hyuk suggested taking up the whole cake and smash into Kyu’s face but teuk said this cake is like ELF’s love. (blaaaahhhh too long she forgot what he said after that) At last, Kyuhyun said he will do it himself. Teuk and ELF counted 1 2 3 and Kyu smashed his own head into the cake. The member pushed his head into the cake and poured water over his head for a good 10+ seconds. After getting up, Kyu said “After this end, you all gonna be dead dead dead!”.

HAPPY 25th BIRTHDAY, TO THE PRECIOUS CHO KYUHYUN! ♥
Oh my goodness, okay, so allow me to preface this post by articulating that I love birthdays. I love them. I love celebrating them, I love how every single person on the face of the earth gets a day that’s belongs to them. It’s a very special day for everyone, but today… today is my precious darling’s birthday and his name is Cho Kyuhyun. ;~; <333
Innumerable epithets have been bequeathed to Mr. Cho, evil maknae, gaemgyu, the awkward one, dancingkyu, angelic voice, and BBQ, to name but a few. But what precisely is in a name? Nicknames such as these are derived from qualities that compliment his personality. He’s devious, he’s nerdy, he’s got interesting social skills, and when he sings, the entire world stands still. Kyuhyun has so many nicknames because he’s so versatile, and I admire that so much about him.
So let us take a moment to discuss the magnitude and multitude of Kyuhyun’s talents, shall we? The first characteristic that comes to mind when I think about Kyuhyun (which is embarrassingly often) is his intelligence. As Irene Adler would put it, “brainy is the new sexy” and oh lord, it is so true. Though, I don’t know about “new”, I’m pretty sure it’s always been sexy, especially on Kyuhyun. Because one of the most admirable things about Kyuhyun’s intelligence is that he doesn’t flaunt it and he doesn’t put others down for being intellectually inferior. I went to an extremely competitive prep school, and I had always been under the assumption that all smart people were also cocky and arrogant, but Kyuhyun nips that theory right in the bud. And his brains leads me to my next point: his sarcasm. Now all of that being said, he does understand the art of sarcasm and implements it so skillfully. It’s a fine line between jovial sarcasm and impudence, but Kyuhyun knows how to balance upon it and does so wonderfully. Occasionally, he may overstep his bounds, but far more often than not, he receives grins and laughter and playful jabs in response to his sharp tongue. His hyungs often joke about how impolite he is, but have you ever noticed how people just.. gravitate toward him? He’s a magnet for all of the wonderful people in this world. He was the boy who got added late, with not a single friend in the industry, but look at him now. He has an entire line dedicated to himself. He has more friends than I’m sure he ever imagined he would, as he seemed so hurt and lonely in the beginning.. he had always had friends, copious amounts of friends, at that, whom he would drink and party with whenever he saw fit. It seems he was the life of the party. But leaving that life behind to start a new one.. having to completely start over.. I cannot even imagine how difficult that must have been. The other Super Junior members had several years to get to know each other during training before they were all placed in their group. Kyuhyun had no one, but look. at. him. now. I am just so proud. How a boy can be that awkward, and that brilliant and that beautiful and that popular and that talented SIMULTANEOUSLY, is beyond me.
But he really does exist. And I desperately wish to find a way to fully wrap my mind around that fact. That man, who can sing like an angel, can dance with surprising agility, can play numerous (and unconventional!!) instruments, can talk circles around his hyungs, can present himself in various ways, all of which are undeniably appealing.. he exists.
A man who loves his sister and treats his parents with respect. A man who carries out good deeds when he doesn’t think anyone will take notice. A man who speaks his mind honestly and articulately. A man who loves the simple things in life like rain and the changing colors of the leaves, a man who is willing to compromise the privacy he loves so much to share little slices of his lives with us. A man who is mature enough to be content with solitude but loved enough to enjoy company.
A man who is the embodiment of a miracle. Quite literally. A man who defied death, even when all odds were stacked against him. A man who came back from a horrific experience stronger than he was before.
That is Cho Kyuhyun. And today he embarks on his twenty fifth year of life. A quarter of a century will soon be his, and so far the story he is writing for himself is beautiful. ;~;
Every breath he breathes is a blessing. And today marks the anniversary of the day the world was blessed by his birth.
Happy birthday, angel. ㅠㅠ I hope you’re not too tired, and that you’re eating well, and that you can experience all the happiness you’ve bestowed unto me these past two years. I love you so much and all I want is for you to be happy.. but your optimism could withstand another ice age, so I know not to worry too much.
